The Honda CTX700 is a good alternative to mainstream cruiser choices and the dual clutch transmission makes it very easy to ride in traffic and around town. It's very well made and should be reliable. However, with a bike with such a low mileage, we'd recommend changing the battery for a new one as low battery charge can cause gear selection problems with the DCT gearbox. If you're going to leave the bike parked for longer periods, it's also a good idea to attach the battery to a trickle charger or disconnect it so it doesn't lose power.
